• The Registration Instructions have been read to familiarize yourself with the Conference information, registration dates, forms required and payment fees.
• One (1) Household Form has been completed.
• One (1) Student, Counselor, or Staff Form for each person attending in that capacity has been completed.
• All Registration Forms that are being sent have been read and signed.
• Counselor attendees have included a pastor’s recommendation or have made provisions for it to be sent, emailed or faxed separately.
• Check for Conference fee has been made out to: Biblial Worldview Student Conference, or BWSC.
• All forms and check to BWSC have been included together and mailed on or before deadline to:
